Helping to heal young women one life at a time.
Respect. Unify. Love. Empower
We R.U.L.E., a 501(c)3, is a mental health curriculum dedicated to teaching 7th through 12th grade young women who had experiences in sexual abuse, rape and broken relationships in the Detroit Metropolitan area how to Respect, Unify, Love and Empower (RULE) themselves. This is accomplished through artistic expression including poetry, musical lyrics, selected reading lists, and role plays. The goal is to nurture mental and emotional health through shared connections, skill building activities and produce a community of sisterhood.

Our Why
Experiences such as rape, sexual abuse and broken relationships can adversely affect how a person thinks, feels, and acts towards themselves and others. Over a lifetime this can bring long term emotional and mental health consequences.
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
— Maya Angelou
Our Vision
We R.U.L.E. envisions a worldwide transformative curriculum for young women 7th through 12th grade to nurture mental health and emotional wellness.
